I am very grateful to have met in person Lyssa Adkins
https://buff.ly/3b8P0u4. It was in 2015, during my #ICAgile #AgileCoaching training in #Stockholm, where she had the patience to bear with my questions :). I sounded like a 4-year-old, I know. She is the living proof that you can be an expert but still be humble and empathic. I don’t know who else could have provided me a better training.
We are very happy to share with you all our Public Training offerings for 2020 of the IC-Agile Agile Coaching course and the Lean Kanban University Kanban System Design (KMP1). We hope to see you soon in Berlin, Lisbon, and Oporto.
Stay tuned for further offers, or get in touch with us if you want an in-house training in your organization!

Emotional Intelligence is an essential part of the Agile Coach mindset.
An Agile Coach must be both Self-Aware and use Self-Management.

Today we are going to talk about something which in our opinion is crucial for an Agile Coach, which is to have very high Emotional Intelligence.
So, what is actually Emotional Intelligence? We talk about that in our training. Emotional intelligence is comprised of two different parts. The first one is self-awareness.
Self-awareness has to do with being aware of your internal states, your feelings. Your preferences in terms of communication, of dealing with conflicts and resources. For instance, how patient you are at that moment and so on.
And the second part is about self-management. Self-management has to do with managing all that we’ve spoken before in order to be as effective as possible as an agile coach.
So what’s your take on this? Leave some questions, comments, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Feel free to do it. Thank you.
