Ignore the power of positive feedback at your own peril

feedback

Feedback: so used, so misunderstood.

Just found this great article via LinkedIn: https://buff.ly/2uvxRqz. This also applies to feedback. I have seen a lot of companies using it to serve critiques. In the best case, some are constructive. If you never reflect on what is going well, people’s heart rate will raise every time you mention feedback. If one does not know what is working well, we will lose focus on those things/mindsets/behavior. This also applies to retrospectives. If your team doesn’t reflect on what is working well, they will drop it without even noticing it. #culture #feedback #constructability #agilecoaching #ricardojmestre
